There is a sound stage. We will load bands up to the stage and have music available for shots. Will lip sync and take product shots. Each band will have 15 minutes of stage time. Event will be the afternoon and evening of Sept. 23rd.

Lead video shoot and live edit of music event

We are producing a live video event at Pyramind studios in San Francisco on Tuesday Sept. 23rd. Yes that is Tuesday of next week. We are going to produce 4-5 video ads;
1. Each video run time is 3-4 minutes.
2. Music provided by band
3. Shoot 4-5 lip sync videos with product placement for upcoming AES show
4. Edit on site for full length and 45 second spot
5. We have two video shooters (you will manage their shoots) with hand helds
6. Want to use hand helds for authentic rough look
7. Capture shots for 45 sec. video of band and product
8. Add product images (we will help with this)
9. Edit rough on site
Total time for you on this will be less than 8 hours for entire project
